lmao for the army that was just unlucky, its a 70% chance to beat someone you outnumber. For the dialog, I realized I never implemented appending the index of the dialog used into the list that would track it all so it never worked. I'll fix it once the jam is done. Thank you for the bug report!

Here's  the gif, sorry if it's a little jankier, It was originally in a sprite sheet and the online tool I used can only do so much. Thank you for playing my game!

Thank you so much for playing my game! About how you mentioned the pigeons kept asking you for gold over and over again, did this dialog sequence happen  once or many times? I implemented code so that you wouldn't get repeating dialog until you have seen all of them but I never tested it so I don't know if it worked. Winning battles is definitely a little random, the only real way to consistently win is to fight enemies with less troops than you for that day which is a bit unskillful but I didn't have enough time to make the fighting as polished as I wanted. Thank you for your kind words!

Thank you so much!

Thank you for the tips! I wanted to make better ui etc. but I started the jam with 3 days left and I kinda just felt like making funny animations instead. If I clean up this game after the jam though I'll definitely make custom ui like you said. Thank you for playing my game!

Thank you so much!

This game is really good. You made the movement and combat juiced up and fun and this is one of the only games I really enjoyed as I've been playing through games in this jam. I don't know if there is any way to win as I kept just upgrading my character as I played but the game was still fun regardless of there being a goal or not. Good game!

I'm very bad at puzzle games but this was still very fun. The art is nice and  this is a very polished. Good job.

Thank you!

Such a good polished game. This game has been the most fun for me so far in the jam. This  was a really good game, I think you should flesh it out and make it bigger.

I'm ready for the sequel.

It's a nice little game, making a game on your tablet sounds hard. This game isn't similar to yours at the slightest but for some reason it reminded me of the pet games I would play in wizard 101 to level up my pet. Your game isn't like that at all though so I don't why I thought of that. The game does mess up sometimes with my flashlight not shooting sometimes even when I give it a battery. While the game was a tad repetitive and a little basic I don't think it was bad and even if rudimentary  it still has  a better gameplay loop then some games I played in this jam as many people over scoped in this jam and made something unfun and unfinished, while you have made a fun complete  game. Good game!

So polished, RPG maker is very good for game engines (Not to discredit your skills however). The game was really funny, it felt completely like Undertale. Visuals & Sounds were very good. Friendship ending was definitely the better one. Epic.

I wasn't able to beat the game... I grabbed the two fuses and the pipe and I was always able to put in a fuse and pipe but I never had enough time to put in all 3 though. I thought the art was very good and a 3d game are always extremely impressive in a game jam. The atmosphere was very good and it reminded me of lethal company. The shader was a good effect and overall I thought visuals, audio, presentation etc. were all very good. Good game!

I enjoyed the game but when I was versing rhe triangle boss guy I couldn't kill some of the flying enemies because they didn't come down when I stood under them. There was also some invisible collisions bug I believe where when I killed the flying enemy their collision stayed at the position they died at. I liked the intro though and I thought it was good.

I think we found the winner

It's very difficult to hit the ball but the game looks very nice and it's clear a lot of care was put into it. Reminds me of doodle cricket!

The visuals are very nice and the gameplay is fun. The combat and style reminded me completely of Undertale which I'm assuming you took inspiration from. I played till wave 5 but the game kept going even when I lost so I don't know how to win but it was very fun and appealing.

Damn, better luck next time..

Thanks for playing my game! I'll play yours once I'm back home on a computer with windows!

Sounds good, thanks for the update!

? No one else seemed to have this issue. What device were you playing on?

yeah I just saw that.  I will update it after the jam. I think its an issue with me not changing stretch-aspect to exoand. The resolution works fine on windows when your able to play.

lmao great job getting the fish either way. I was going to but I couldn't fit it in the schedule. Maybe in a update after the jam.

Thank you!

I did this and found the bottom. Thanks!

The game didn't have much direction. I tried shooting at the things shooting me but it didn't really work. I think if you spent some more time on the game it could be pretty good. I think it was pretty impressive you made a 3d game in under 3 hours and I thought the visuals were nicely stylized.

I really enjoyed the visuals and audio. They were really good for the amount of time you used. I thought the gameplay was kinda easy and repetitive since you just stop when the light flashes but it was still okay. I thought the game fit the theme well and overall your game was pretty good with the amount of time you used.

Good game. I think the idea was really good it would just be more fun with more mechanics, but then again you only had 3 hours.  I disliked how much it relies on luck but I managed to get to level 3 on my first try. Your game fits the theme very well and I liked the audio.

Rated your game!

Mechanics and screenshake were awesome! Great game.

Game was great but I think the hood player's weapon should be less random and a little more targeted to the enemies.

the dungeon changes after you get hit

done

Fun game! I loved the wobbly body. You can kinda cheese the game however if you just spam moves.

That ruins the game though as storing every weapon means that there's no risk reward by dying to evolve your weapon.

Just comment your game. My game is https://jlegomon.itch.io/evolve

Yeah I definitely should have  added that you would die if you got killed by the boss. The stuff you mentioned was all things I planned on adding but wasn't able to (I lost a day due to my family having an unexpected trip). Thank your for the feed back though!

Art and music was great! I just wish there was more to play.

thank you!
