I could email you a version without the background image since it's an easy change if you could send your email or discord name or smth.

I don't plan to as of now, I'm not very good at making those and most from my other games are made by the players. But I can definitely put some time towards it while I'm working on this game.

Thank you for the feedback. I do agree that a lot of dice are rolled, and I am looking into some ways to streamline it for physical play (optional or otherwise). I can't promise anything, but I'm grateful to hear your take!

It's funny, but this was originally going to be a full one piece game. However, I decided to make it a more generic Shonen inspired project (hence the name).

It makes it unblockable attacks, Dodge is your last resort against powerful unblockables, especially when they're specialized.

Those issues you had make sense, and I'm hoping the next update can deal with those things.

Hello! I realize that this may be a long shot, but I wanted to ask anyway.

I'm currently writing my 5th TTRPG, Star & City. The game is currently being playtested and refined for a Kickstarter run in the near future. I'm doing this Kickstarter because I need money to afford commissions, I'm flat broke and can only really do layout and writing on my own.

The only issue is that to make an attractive KS page I need art to promote it, so I'm putting out this cry for help. Is there any 2D artists who are willing to do 3-4 character pieces I could use to promote my game for free? If the Kickstarter works I would love to continue commissioning you for the rest of the book with full pay, but until then I need to find some way to crowdfund the game.

The game borrows from urban/supernatural media, and especially manga/anime. So I would love some gritty street-wear character art or spooky scp style monsters.
