Itch.io has replied to my email yesterday asking for some information and I'm still waiting for a reply since :( my Deviantart was also affect and it's the same story... costumer support is so slow... websites should really have a failsafe for email changes, I wouldn't have noticed my itch account gone if the hacker hadn't requested pw before guessing it :/

Hello.
I sent an email to itch.io support as fast as I could... My account has somehow been stolen.
I came to the computer about 20 minutes ago, and checked my email as usual and there was one of those "reset password" emails, from itch.io, received about an hour ago. I thought nothing of it, but I still went on itch.io to change my password to a more secure one. Only to find out I was logged out.
So I tried logging in and it wouldn't work. Wrong password. Somehow the hacker had managed to get the link to reset the password. Perhaps the token from the link??
So I tried to retrieve my password. And it said my email was NOT in the database?!!?
I need help ASAP please!
