Absolute banger

I compiled sourcecode myself to save 15 € for Aseprite. But it's pretty much the only Software I know that uses this specific combination of Open-Source and paid.

Agreed though, code is intellectual property, and as much as I appreciate Free and Open-Source Software, if someone doesn't want to share something they've put hours of work into in for free, I fully respect that.

Does the speedrun clock tick slower than usual (without using the assist mode to slow down the game of course)?
I just ran into this issue myself on my PC. On my laptop I played the game just fine but on my desktop everything seemed to be slower, noticeable the speedrun clock is not in time.

I tried to reinstall the game (both from itch directly and from the itch app), reinstall XNA as well. Running Win 7 on the Deskto, Win 10 on the Laptop.

I don't seem to have any issue with the CPU usage though, all cores down to a few percent (i7-6700K) but according to the windows resource manager thing the process has 28 threads opened, not quite sure if that's intended or just displayed incorrectly . There's plenty of available RAM. So I'm not sure if these issues are somehow connected to each other .

If there's any information you need from my sytem let me know

I paid with paypal here just fine (From Germany)

They would ruin the profit of the game when releasing the source code, people could just download it and compile a version of their own....

Though I'd like to see a level editor, maybe even some modding options later on

Just wanted to say a quick thanks for this game. I bought it just today after watching  Videogamedunkey's review. I was actually wanting to play a good platformer since it's been too long and I missed this type of gameplay. After watching said video I thought 'heck this looks like a hella fun' so I bought it.

But my surprise, not only was the game incredibly fun yet difficult to play through, but also visually pleasing while making me fall in love with the soundtrack and tell a small yet beautiful story I wouldn't have expected to actually get me thinking this much.

I wanna thank you guys for creating this incredibly awesome experience.

PS: I also died ~ 1000 deaths.
