I think I know the part you're talking about, in the red city? While Arm is transferring you have to leave the town to the southeast, then go through the rail tracks as seen on my image, once you find an important item in the other town go back to Arm to progress in the story, and after the conversation don't forget to take the head screw on the ground.

download the game archive and move it to your phone to any directory, then launch joiplay and add the game:

press on the button marked with "+". In the "Executable File", choose the "Game.exe" file in the game's unpacked folder. Then press "Add", and then the game should be playable.

perhaps EasyRPG will make it work. The folder has the windows executable for it, but you can get a Mac version here
