I've should've posted here but I found why the OpenGL error is happening, i've found the cause, i've included a work around and a way to fix it. To sum up why it's happening libgdx doesn't support OpenGL lower than 2.0.

People who get the OpenGL error I got a solution for now use a program called Bluestacks it emulates a android device which can be used to install and run the game on. I've been doing this myself and it works fine, it uses more PC usage though.
The errors for OpenGL is caused by the engine it was written with libgdx it only supports OpenGL 2.0 I did get it to work on a old video card the Q45 by using a .Dll file which later gave me a virus. To fix the OpenGL error buy a new graphics card that supports OpenGL 2.0 and install it, but if you don't want to spend the money use Bluestacks and install the apk file.
