I came here looking for what to do after defeating the ghost and getting the light can. You have to return to 1-2? Oof. Yeah, needs some better directions there. Leaving that way resets 1-3, so I thought it was wrong. edit: so where do you put the yellow box? I'm still lost lol. You can't take ghost form out, so several leads are still locked

Okay, now having played around in the hub for a bit, I can say a few things about this update.
To start, the really good part. The hub looks amazing now. There seems to be some overlap of characters, but otherwise this new hub is way more interesting than the original. Also, the new scenes are a nice addition.
Now for the issues. Bugs. There's a lot of them. I'll break down the ones I've found in the hub.
1. Every scene in the hub I've found has the same bug: if you let the meter fill on a scene, a new scene will start while the other is still going, creating a very laggy overlap of two scenes going simultaneously. The only way I've found to get rid of this bug is to end the scene entirely.
2. Sometimes ending a scene will result in a bug where it tries to load in the map, fails, tries again, fails, loop. The only way to end this bug is to restart, and if this bug triggers you have to start a new game.
3. Save game bug. Going to the bottom floor and claiming your equipment can be negated by saving the game, resulting in you losing all of the equipment the quartermaster gave you. You can get it back, but I believe this plays into the next bug.
4. Unable to enter Ghost Frontier. It may be because I tried to save and triggered the save game bug, but the carriage sister just keeps repeating that I need gear for three days, even if I already got gear from the quartermaster.
Will update once I get into the Frontier.
Update: Just got her to trigger the Carriage Awaits quest and finally saw that the Frontier is currently unavailable. I am definitely excited to see the Frontier next update, but I can wait. I do think the failure to trigger the Carriage Awaits quest was due to the save game bug, as not saving prevented the issue.
I will post some small bugs I noticed. Hope this helps.
1. Chests can be repeatedly opened, allowing you to get infinite tokens.
2. The sister that brings you to the Priestess will begin following you again if you talk to her after talking to the Priestess.
3. The new scenes are phenomenal, but there is a tiny bit of clipping at times. No big deal, but figured I'd point it out just to be safe.
I think that's all I have found.
I recommend clicking through the singles until it all consolidates to one ring with a single empty spot. Click twice to make an empty ring with one filled spot. Click next to filled spot to get two spots. Then you have six empty spots, so just click the middle of the two sets of three. Using that strat I was able to get through all Pineapples in Stage 1 and 2 with 3 stars.
Update 0.8.4.7 seems to mostly be working better, but Beastly Legacy will not update. Tried with both werebear and werewolf partners, still sitting at 0/1. Anyone found a workaround yet? Also, editing cause I forgot to add this. Found a weird bug when entering the Mount Puni dungeon. On entering, I got about 200 each of stone and wood added to my inventory. Caused lag for a few seconds as the game tried to adjust for the sudden influx, and it also brought me up to being almost at max weight. Did make for a nice surprise considering I was building my house at the time lol. Much needed resources.
Newest update (0.8.4.6) kills on 18+ defeat. The scene happens, then you die. I think it's an unintended effect of the latest patch. Update: I think it was due to a weird Grit bug. It stopped happening at lvl 6 when I got the notification that I could accept more violent encounters. Grit is definitely not able to be seen like older versions, though. Also, a save file glitch caused me to lose all progress and start over at lvl 1 with the default character. Not sure what happened, but that save file defaulted to a blank slate.
Having just finished a few topless runs, yeah, once I had even a single Lubricate drop I was invincible and didn't need to manage anything. Most of my time was spent dropping items into corners at that point (especially because so many topless skills give damage boost with tension, making everything one-shottable). That being said, I loved LL when I got it on another platform ages ago, and this looks like it'll be even better. Glad to see you at it again!
Trying to turn in the cabbage results in the screen going black, the blacksmith saying something about a chef, and the screen remaining black. The quest does not complete, and interacting with the blacksmith just repeats the dialogue. After this bug occurs, the screen remains black and the only way to fix it is to quit and reload. This occurs with both male and female MCs and with, as far as I can tell, any combo of graphics settings.
