Well, original idea was, that you escaping from some kind of enemy. If you slow down enough you are caught.
Jump system is not good and i find it hard to avoid some obstacles. That's why slow-down system was in "final" version
Color palette was selected to make contrast with player.
In last days of development i added this green biom, cause i thought that game was to dark.
I gave up few ideas, to submit anything.
