Might not be in the public patch notes then. Unfortunate, since I prefer unlocking all the scenes over time. Hopefully the option to go back to that method is added in the future.
Some time between version 3.41 and now that seems to have happened. I can't find it listed in any patch notes so I assume it is a bug. I have confirmed that opening up the same save on the older version has the pervert menu correctly populated with only unlocked scenes, so the save itself is at least safe.
One bug I have noticed (in the steam release at least) is that during campaign mode if you skip through the end of race stats you will only gain the insight, and not the droplets that you earned during the race. Other unlocks seem to be working. I have had to force myself to wait it out now as I am not sure if they do anything and I didn't get any for like 7 campaign missions due to skipping the results too quickly.
Aside from that and some minor things like getting stuck in weird places that were often my fault, the game is a blast so far.
