it didnt work for me on the little tutorial bit if thats what youre talking about, just click on the bottle and the machine to get the dialogue then go to the elevator to the left corner and go to the reception, youll be able to buy bottles from your computer

it finally worked for me, i dont know exactly what triggered it but im at 3 hearts with anna ive given him a beer and it might be a case of after you see her at the beach when you go home straight away you gotta make sure theres no other events that happen, like zero interactions
