I don't think you can see corruption level now only love and other things, but it will be a nice to have tbh. Now from what I can understand, the groceries are not given to anyone directly. The way I think it works is that you are requested to buy them, if you do buy them next week you won't get the message from Ana on monday and you won't gain corruption points, the goceries are consumed and you have to buy them again to restart the cicle. If you don't want to bother, once you get close to Ken you can ask him to buy them every week and forget about it
