This is such a cool concept and good music to go with it too!

I feel like there needs to be more visual interest and sound cues to really make the gameplay satisfying. Like putting an abrupt record player sound whenever you spun the record to make the gameplay integrate with the music, the waves of sound could pulse with the rhythm of the song so there'll be more of a visual indicator, and when you get the note correct it could shine the disk!

The controls are where I was struggling, as it relied on the single mouse to turn the two disks. Maybe give a hint to the color of the next note before shotting it so the player can plan their placement so it feels less reactionary, or somehow change it to keyboard controls as I've seen someone else suggest, I also think this game might work the best on controller where you can use the sticks to move both of the records at the same time. A part of me would be curious to see if that one turntable controller from Beatmania could work with this game, just double it.

There's a lot of cool potential with this game!

The game is really pretty and I love the art style, everything felt really cohesive!

I think the controls could use some work, I felt very limited with what I could do with my slash since it only aimed upwards and i ended up not using it at the end because of that. But I do like the bullet hell it became at the end of the game, the bosses were really cool!

Other than that I like how the spin theme was implemented with the petals! Though the tutorial was kinda bugged and I wasn't able to play through it. Because of that, it took me awhile to figure out I was supposed to do something during the spin state. It was also jarring to get used to going back to normal movement mechanics, maybe give a bit of time for the player to move after the spin state before throwing another attack..? And there were a couple of times I was holding down the arrow and it caused the spin state to get delayed. Its just a minor thing didn't affect the game too bad.

Overall its a really neat game and I kinda want to see more like this now!

Neat little game, I'm surprised there's no lag when there were a lot of objects on screen and I really like the idea of a bestiary!

Although I feel like opening a chest and leveling up interrupted the gameplay a lot, and the timer kept resetting back to 5 minutes. Cause of this I let the game run until I got to level 591 and the game crashed. Had a decent time with it, wish I could've seen the bestiary though.

Thank you I'm glad you like the art! Being able to walk to the next floor is purposeful for now, it's there in case you ever feel stuck on a boss and/or want to try out another
