This game probably had the best execution of all games I played for the jam. Really nice graphics and level design.

I loved the idea of first 2 signs serving as the game's tutorial. Very clever.

With that said, the design of the game didn't really grab me as it is now - there is really not a lot of gameplay besides braking from time to time.  I would look into adding more mechanics to make the gameplay more intriguing. I see that you guys had planned quite a few things, but didn't have time to include them (which is understandable, considering its only a 48h jam) - however we are to judge games primarily based on the idea/design. That's why I would have preferred if I could see the idea more fleshed out, even at the expense of the execution/graphics.

Best of luck, you guys deserve it!

Really cool idea. And the production quality is fantastic for a 48h competition. Liked how the camera shakes with each shot and the gun recoil animation. Was looking for that teleporter for some time.... Either wasn't there or I couldn't find it.

Liked the idea, however it would be awesome if there was some rudimentary AI to play this against.

Nice idea. Like the comment before, I would make the ship interact with the edges of the screen, but my suggestion is to reflect the line of the edge like a ray.

I would prefer if you could rotate the ship (and the jump-line) while charging it. Sometimes asteroids will pop up in the last moment without you being able to do anything about it.

The window is resizable, but the game's viewport doesn't seem to change with the resize event.

Hey, right the game is a bit too hard. It was unfortunate that I didn't have enough time to create more levels to smooth out the difficulty curve. That way more people might enjoy the mechanic and get a feel for the physics as they are. Out of curiosity, which level did you get stuck at?

I have actually explained the theme in the game's short description - the theme is "platformer with no jumping ability".

I agree that sound and music would be really nice. In general, at least for me 48 hours was not enough to get the production value high enough.

Thanks for taking the time to play it and comment!

Yeah, I agree that the physics need some tweaks.  Thanks for trying it out and for the review!
