So they end up falling outside of the "if persistent.repeat == "false":"
Also, maybe put at least 3 blank lines between where the new content ends and the old content starts up again. That way people who have already read the content can continue skipping seen text.
Okay, having finally finished all the possible routes, endings, and dialogue options, I have one teeny-tiny, barely significant criticism.

Are you talking about Klaus? Because you can get that route through Jorgen as long as you sit with Mikko on Day 1, follow Klaus into the forest on day 1, choose Jorgen as your star gazing partner, and then follow Klaus while talking to Jorgen.
Okay, probably because I'm not from the US this surprised me, but the town of Echo is a real place.
It has a motel, a diner, Route 66 is nearby as is Echo Reservoir, and if you follow Dikker Hill Drive, it leads you to a large property that overlooks the town.
There are hiking trails that you take through the canyon, a NA reservation, and the University of Pueblo is one state over.
In fact, the more I look at this town and the surrounding area on Google Maps, the more I feel a little weird out by the similarities.
Is it just coincidence or did someone who work on this game actually come from Echo or the surrounding area?
BTW, I say that as one of the filthy pirates who downloaded the pirated version and then justified it to myself by contributing $5 through itch.io using the "Name your own price".
Why not make the Patreon build available here for a few $?
Release the Patreon version for your backers, then about 1-2 weeks later (which is about how long it takes for a pirated version to circulate) release it here for like $5. (Alongside the free non-Patreon version)
That way those of us that want the Patreon version without wanting to be Patreons can get it, and contribute in our own way.
