Thanks for the feedback! I made some improvements based on it

Should be fixed now! You can switch at any time so you don't have to play the first part again.

❤️

Thanks for playing! When is part 2 coming? 👀

Thank you 🙏

Hi, thanks for submitting your game! Me and my sister had a good laugh while playing it! I got some feedback:

Text Bubble Transitions: Consider fading out text bubbles rather than making them disappear abruptly.

Narrow Spaces: Walking through narrow paths and doors can be challenging. Using a round collision shape for the player might make movement feel more natural and less frustrating.

Interact Cues: It’s sometimes hard to tell which objects are interactable. Adding a subtle highlight or other visual cue would be nice.

Shift Button Icon: The square "Shift" button icon with just "SH" might not be immediately clear to all players. A more recognizable design or label could improve clarity.

Shift Key: Some players (my sister) may find pressing the Shift key with their pinky difficult. Perhaps consider allowing key remapping or an alternative control scheme.

Field of View: The sudden 90-degree shifts in the FOV feels unfair, especially when Cathy is offscreen but can see you instantly after her FOV changes. Gradual FOV movement would make gameplay feel more balanced.

Audio: The audio is nice!

I'll look into it, thanks!

I am glad to hear that! I know the web version has some weird issues so if you come across other things you might want to switch to windows.

Hey, good to see you here!

Feel free to share the jam, I am planning on doing this every month depending on how it goes. I'll try your game in the next following days. Is it very different from the black/purple version?

Thank you! I never had that problem before, did you play the web or windows version?

Art Style: It’s visually appealing and adds a lot of charm to the game.

Item Interaction: It would feel more intuitive to drag items to move them instead of clicking.

Missing Hoe: I spent quite a bit of time searching for a hoe, but it seems there wasn’t one. But maybe I'm blind?

Item Pickup: Automatically picking up items when nearby would feel better rather than having to click on each item.

I'm looking forward to seeing more!

Some kind of delay between dying/respawning would be nice. I often accidently lost some lives when respawning because I was still holding down the button from before I died. Sound effects and music could also greatly improve this game. Thanks for submitting your project!

Pipe Mechanics: Figuring out that you need to press down to enter sideway pipes was a bit unintuitive. Using right or left to align with the pipe's direction would feel more natural.

Platforming Difficulty: The platforming is great! Not too challenging, but still engaging enough to feel rewarding.

End Goal: I struggled to locate the last piece of clothing or the final objective. A bit more guidance or a hint system would help here.

Art Style: The visuals are good!

Thanks for submitting your game!
