Ah, looks like I did not account for different decimal separators in different countries.

You can also just delete the settings file and it should re-generate with the correct separators for your location.

I'll try to cut a new release where this isn't needed shortly. Thanks for the help!

Sorry about, that. Glad that you found a workaround. If you download the updated version it should at least provide a log file to help track down the issue.

Hey everyone, I've slightly patched the game to resolve some issues with the Linux release. The only additions were an error log in the case the game crashes and an fixing a bug that would prevent any assets from loading in the Linux version.

Not sure how we're supposed to handle post-jam patches but I can add the originals as a separate download if needed.

I've published updated files which should resolve this issue for you. Thank you again for the great bug report!

Thank you so much for sharing that log info & the tip about path separators! I had absolutely hard-coded those without thinking 😅. I'll try to get a new build up asap with that fixed.

Had a lot of fun with this entry! The boss fight specifically was a nice little bullet hell and the mechanic of capturing enemies was very unique. I had a little trouble actually pulling off the circling around enemies on a keyboard before the string resets, but by the end it was getting more manageable. The art is very nice! I also really like how well the little notes fill in the story with so few lines.

My one issue was with the fact that the camera scrolls with the player vertically on the platforming sections, I found myself floating above stuff I couldn't see more than I would like.

Overall though, great job!

Seeing that there was a VR submission in the jam I was excited to try it out, unfortunately I found it very hard to pick up the bottles and couldn't figure out how to open them once I did.

That being said I ended up playing the desktop version and I found the transformations themselves cool. Offering different skin colors and body types is a great inclusion to help immerse you in the transformation itself. One minor detail in the VR version that I really liked is that I was able to see the reflection of my face in the potion bottles!

I'm so glad to hear that! I'm really hoping to set up a "Free Play" mode that would be specifically designed for exporting the spirals.

Oh no! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any logging in the game really but I'll fiddle around and see if I can track down the crash.

I'm sorry to hear that! Can I ask what OS you're running on?
