Thanks so much for playing! Appreciate the feedback. In my original design, I wanted to have a lot more gameplay/decisions the player would have to make in terms of distributing/acquiring power, but had to scale down to have a finished product by the end of the jam. Something to keep in mind for future projects though
Hi everyone,
I had the opportunity to participate in my first game jam this week for the 2025 Big Mode Game Jam.
I wanted to share the game I made, a narrative-driven roleplaying game Parish Zero D Zero Two. It was a lot of fun to make and challenge myself, would appreciate anyone's thoughts if they have the time!

Welcome overseer, to Parish Zero D Zero Two.
Your assignment is to provide the people of the parish with power, harvested through clandestine methods only known to those deemed worthy by the great and terrible machine.
Completing your mission successfully will earn you indulgences, which can be used to prove your loyalty and call you to higher service.
Choices Matter
As the overseer, you have the power to decide the fate of your community.
As you explore the precarious metal walkways and derelict homesteads of Zero Two Zero D, you will uncover more about the lives of its citizens, and the perils they find themselves in.
Will you serve the people? Or follow the grand design of your unseen masters?
I'm very excited to announce the launch of my second game, The Black Cartridge. The game is available now for free on my page (trailer below).
Inspired by classic video game creepypastas of old, The Black Cartridge is a puzzle/adventure game about two teenagers who discover a strange video game called PURGATORY. Within the game, more questions emerge about the mysterious 'Eschatos Studios' and what really happened to Ben's older brother.
The game is available for free on my itch page here: https://kinokogames.itch.io/the-black-cartridge
Very interested in hearing/receiving feedback for those who have the time. Thanks so much for your interest.

I've finally fulfilled a lifelong dream of mine to publish a complete video game, The Wayward Colony. As you can imagine I'd love to hear people's thoughts and feedback on the game.
The Wayward Colony is a puzzle RPG inspired by old flash games from Newgrounds, liminal and analog horror, and the works of David Lynch.
