How does your game represent "Power"?
In PZDZ2, power comes in the form of your player's vocation as the parish's overseer', as well as the influence they hold in deciding the fates of those that live in their community.

As the sole provider and distributor of the parish's power supply, you must judge and manage the distribution of power between the parish's residents and infrastructure.

ooh I love the idea of being the figurehead for an apocalyptic theocracy, very cool and creative concept for a game, love the worldbuilding too! I think getting cards takes quite a bit too long, and I also don't really get how to actually receive more after 2. I assumed you got one for each vigil cycle but then I didn't get a third? idk. Assuming I didn't mess up and stopped getting them, 12 seems like overkill as well, I think 5 may have been better for pacing. Also I found the click-to-move feature (which I have a feel was left in because it was that way by default) has a much higher (and imo better) walking speed, arrow key movement feels slow. Other than those quirks I think this is really cool, great job!

The world seemed really cool and filled with depth, but I think the gameplay could have somehow been a little more engaging.

Thanks so much for playing! Appreciate the feedback. In my original design, I wanted to have a lot more gameplay/decisions the player would have to make in terms of distributing/acquiring power, but had to scale down to have a finished product by the end of the jam. Something to keep in mind for future projects though

Really cool atmosphere and interpretation of the theme! The whole milking fuel from the behelit concept was really inventive and creepy. I'm all about the moral dilemma angle too, great entry!

Really crazy and interesting, super unique! Very awesome, eerie art style and some unsettling, bizarre dialogue to help get you situated in a wild world.

I tried it in-browser and I will say that while the page says the controls are WASD and Enter, it seemed to be arrow keys and spacebar, but other than that no real complaints
