The art is great here, and I think the game feels a lot more polished than a lot of the other entries. The Jump-King inspired gameplay was plenty fun but the game is frustratingly hard for me. It could be a skill issue though, maybe the game is meant to be that hard.
This is a pretty fun arcade game, and it plays well with the theme! One critque I do have is that I feel like the dogs are too difficult to avoid due the amount of them, their speed, and the lack of mobility for the player.
This game seems fairly fun, I enjoyed it- Felt like a more laidback version of slenderman but I don't really feel like it connects with the theme more than a superficial level- It's just another charm collecting game. But for a first time project, this is very polished! Good job, you two.
The hints and tutorial text system should be seperate, but I didn't have enough time so I just used the same textbox for both. That won't be an issue in the actual game. Thanks for your feedback- glad you enjoy the game!
