For those who want to run the html version on macOS, make sure you go to "chrome://flags" and select "Metal" as a "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" option, then restart the browser, the game should run just fine. This fix is only for chromium based browsers, i use it on Brave and it works fine, not sure if Safari or Firefox have flags

add keyboeard controlls

m doesn't do anything, but pressing the @ button next to  L works, idk why the controlls are mixed up, i'm  playing on mac

shift and ctrl are uncomfortable when you play the game on mac and use wasd to move, it'd be easier z & x for arrow keys and k & l for wasd

The bug that you noted is Godot 4 fault as you can see on their documentation https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/tutorials/export/exporting_for_web.html but there a fix:

cool game, make sure you have you have viewport enabled in godot in "project settings" -> "screen" -> "window" -> "enlarge" -> set "mode" to "viewport", cause this is how i see the game and i have to zoom the page to play it, make sure you enable full screen in the itch.io upload settings

E, R, F and backspace are junky controlls, but fun game overall

oh cool, btw when you upload the game in web version make sure you set screen resolution around 1200 x 700 in the itch upload game settings, and make sure you have you have viewport enabled in godot in "project settings" -> "screen" -> "window" -> "enlarge" -> set "mode" to "viewport", cause this is how i see the game and i have to zoom the page to play it.

awesome game, here's some personal advice on how you could make it better:

- edit the tutorial, less text, more interactive, some people don't like reading much in the tutorial, so they probably get bored even before starting the game and skip it

- had a bug when i started the game the store on the left and the building placer disappeared had to restart the game

- make it clear how does the food upgrade your character, place a +1 or something when the line is filled, it confused me cause i got a stat went from 1 to 0,95

crashed on my 8gb mac too, maybe it's a thing on macs

i like it but when night comes the troops are barely visible

so slow

game crashes after the second level, but it looks fun if more challenging levels are added

Cool game, you should try making it with Godot, way better than unity
