Hi, I played your game. Some tips if you want to improve:

1. Think about balance - right now the player moves and shoots far too slowly to have any hope of destroying all the enemies.

2. Originality - This GameMaker tutorial has been around for ages. Not to say that you shouldn't have posted it, but it's always good to try to experiment and see if you can do something different with it that makes it more your own.

Please post any bugs or issues you have here. Thanks!

Ran across your game from a r/gamemaker Feedback Friday thread and thought I'd check it out as I'm a fan of building games. You have a promising start!

After a certain point on 0.53 the game started stuttering badly, unless paused - unfortunately I don't know what I did that broke it; I thought it was maybe clearing all the message board notifications but I tried that in a new game and it didn't replicate the behavior.

It would have been nice to be able to do a little bit more in the game, but it's a good start.

1st attempt, made it to London just barely in time, but without enough men.

2nd attempt...bye bye London. And a whole bunch of my own guys.

Having a couple graphics, even if just very minimal, would have been nice to help pull it all together, but I can totally understand how just trying to get the underlying logic of a jam game working can lead to that not happening, haha.

The music was especially nice, and pulling off a 3D game for a jam is always impressive. But it was a little rough around the edges; aside from running up and stabbing random villagers I couldn't really determine if they were even spreading it around each other (which I assumed was supposed to happen?) Also, as Xen said, the injecting someone sound was startlingly loud, haha.

Wow! This is great and super polished for a jam game. Love the goofy names and portraits too.

It's challenging for me! I wonder if a checkpoint system would help - prevent the player from having to do the beginning over and over. But its well made; everything all fits together nicely!

Thank you! The music was a literal last minute addition, once I saw that the deadline had been extended slightly.

Unfortunately I can't get the game to run. Running the exe claims that there are compressed files that need to be extracted, but even after doing that "Run" doesn't work.

Everything kind of felt like it was in slow motion, but I got a chuckle out of trapping a Karen in between a shelf and the wall.

Super ambitious, I like it! Maybe I'm doing something wrong but the sticks/wood don't seem to ever spawn fast enough to fix the leaks, even if you completely ignore building beds.

Neat idea to combine the ideas of solidarity and jam together with a fun take on "jam" :D

This is really good! Definitely challenging to play single player, haha. I did manage to break it at the level with the first vine hook by getting to the goal while simultaneously dying with the other character - it went to the next level but I couldn't move.

The ending doesn't work for my game either, so I totally get it, haha. I still had fun with this though, the difficulty of the minigames was balanced just right that they weren't too easy but were challenging enough to make me invested in the outcome.

There is! If you run out of 2 of the 3 supplies you lose.

With the distance (Progress, on the bottom left) if you make it past 100 you win, however in this version the actual win screen won't show up because of a bug I missed.

Speaking of bugs, there's some game breaking ones, such as occasionally the bandits (red) not giving the player any option to proceed.

Great work for having just started a week ago! I did get to a point where it seemed likely I would be able to go indefinitely, is there a point at which you can actually win the game and beat that Coronovirus?

I delivered the letter and fixed the bench, is it possible to progress onward? It looks like there's one more minigame in the screenshot.
