I have intel I-7 4820, GTX 1660ti 6 GB , RAM 32 GB (1600 MHz), SSD (sata-3 , 600 MHz)  and still have some problem in the forest and in city with MAX graphic settings, changed some to low and med .

i had same problem, i canceled my $1 membership, refreshed the page and got new ($25/mo)membership by the link , then i downloaded a game , try to do it, but you can choose another price if you want ,up to you ...

Ok,i read you, i understand what you said. So now you can't name me a "pushy" who paid $1 and complaining alot. Right?
I got $25/mo membership ROYAL BLOOD(or whatever), downloaded 1.17 last version, and ... What and, bro ?  SAME !!! Fricking SAME , man , i can't play !!!
Ok game is row, ok useless options for changing color of hair(did you tryed make a blond, or shatten for example?),makeup etc, okey for billions of glitch, bugs and inconvinien interface(why we can't use "E" for opening and closing lootboxes, why we can't change a buttons in the settings, for what we buying gaming mouses with additional buttons if we need use stupid buttons on keyboard as playing piano), i understand you are working and doing the best. I agree to support you, no problem. You see, i still with you.
BUT WHY GAME IS FREEZING ?  freezing payable version, OMG , not fair , bro ...
You pretend to ask a support, $25/mo (good AAA games cost $29-$59 in a steam or less with all DLCs on sales). Do you know how i playing? i saving game every 10 mins, log out and start again. Same as World of Warships one year ago, when after few battles their port had laggs and freezes, and players just turn off and turn on client after every few battles.
Common man, i'm not happy of this kind of freezes in 2021 ....
P.S.: 1st problem - bad OPTIMISATION, in the castle with turned off effects game works so-so , in the forest very bad.
          2nd problem - settings.  All games starting from settings. What are you doing when you starting a new game? Expecting some fun of  playing and open a settings for making better control, more comfortable for you, right?  And what we have here ... :)

You not answering .... I know, $1 patron a month is small money, but what i have - game what giving me nervous. Im not enjoying it. No, wrong, i fricking can't play like that , screen should stop when i stop move a mouse, but screen is flying by inertion, and mouse ... I doing surgery with half of millimeters  or playing game? Where is mouse sensitivites in settings? Oh yes, you can say something abt demo, about old version , about prices ? I  download game from here, official site. Then you want me to patron you by $25/mo for helping you make good games ? No, will stop membership.

Hello Kalyskah team , why game working EXTREMELY bad ? No mouse sensitivity in the settings , pictures isn't smooth, fight with my pet(Gremmy) and after that is sucks, everythyng is freezing , the sound seems to be going adequately but the picture is jerky , i tryed to change video setting from max to min for all, played with resolutions, tryed all kinds  variants , nothing helps. I stop  playing, sorry . In 2021 play like that over my nerveous. And don't blame i have cheap computer and monitor,, lol :)
Videos in youtube is so nice, but my gaming is not.  
Every fight turns into a problem, the picture freezes and is displayed in jerks,and with out fighting playing is uncomfortable, please remove motion blur and floating screen, please add an option for adjust mouse sensitivity in the settings. PLEASE
