This is something I can investigate as a possible toggle. However, it may be something that can only be a soft filter, as students can live in any world and will need to be able to access the university lots for a number of reasons.

The schoolmate filter is just for the rabbithole school for children and teenagers. University students currently are allowed to come from all worlds.

It should work as long as you keep the main script file installed. Uninstalling the main package file will remove all the extra calls that the mod adds. Please note that Maxis fixed the NPC phone call bug a few patches ago, and the addon's only use now is to move the dance parties and nightclub invites to the weekend.

What is your Discord ID? I don't see any recent activity for a user called montek92.

This mod doesn't add any calls where NPCs ask to come over. You may be mistaking it with another mod.

I tried fixing it once very early on, but the "fix" caused much worse problems than it was worth. No plans currently to fix such a cute bug, so you can rest easy.

Changelogs for mini-mods can be accessed on my Patreon page or Discord server. Scarlet also does a great job of tracking mod updates on her Mod List, for a lot of modders not just mine.

No, that is only a script. There is no package file for that mod.

The way the templates are set up is pretty rigid and doesn't lend itself to easy customization. If you'd like to remove the template for Oasis Springs (or any other specific World) to return just that World to default behavior, you can delete the tuning for it in Sims 4 Studio without causing issues for the rest of the mod.

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, but I'll make a few assumptions and answer it best I can. For questions like this and troubleshooting, it's best to come onto the Discord and ask there.

Restore puts all of your settings back to the default state. Backup creates a separate file that keeps all your old settings in case you realize starting over wasn't what you wanted. There is no in-game interaction to import settings; you need to make the changes yourself or overwrite the settings file in your folder with another one. Home Regions settings apply to all save files, and are not tied to a specific save file, nor are those settings transferred when save files are shared. If the person who made the save wants to share their Home Regions save file as well, they are free to do that and you would then place it in your settings folder and overwrite your previous file.

You can give vampires like Vlad a filter exemption if you want them to cross over between Worlds specifically.

Home Regions doesn't restrict or affect where you send your own Sims to travel. It only affects the NPCs who show up once you are there. I can't speak for the functionality of any other mods.

The linked mod in its current form deletes the other languages and forces all names to come from one list. If you have an older version or a different name mod that leaves the other languages there, that will probably work, but I can't say for sure since it's not publicly available.

The Uptown template has half of Sims use the "Polished" style and half use the "Streetwear" style.
