Can you remove the neo-USSR breakaway states in Georgia and Ukraine? It makes a bad impression.

Like, a menu where we can select a province and an event to happen to that country, and instead of getting the random event we can set up our own. I really want to play some games with a big Byzantine Empire, but giving them all the Aegean islands is kinda frustrating, and it would be faster if there was just a menu where I could make "Greece got annexed by Byzantine Empire" happen. Also we could set up independences half way through, and if a country we like got annexed we could restore their independence. I know the game is meant to be completely random, but you did add in a bit of customization with the Paint tool, so why can't we get more?
