This is without a doubt the best forest firefighter simulator I've ever played. Dennis is here to prove that you don't need large firefighting mech-suits to combat forest fires. A pump action water gun works just as well. I love the walking animation. Dennis has quite the strut. It might have been nice if there were a bit of music while you were putting out fires. 9.5/10

Cute little game. Took me a little bit to figure out how to use the different fregs but once I did it was pretty fun. With more time it might have been nice to add some more in-game tutorial. Still a good game for 6 days of work.

Also I found out that after a while you can get enough range upgrades and build a big enough army of fregs to turn the game into an idle clicker. It took me a good few hours and over 400 levels but I managed to make my way up to 1 million flies! :D

I love the artwork for this game. It was an interesting idea to try a first person survivor game. I did find myself watching the minimap a lot of the time but it was definitely a cool experience to play this kind of game in first person. I have yet how to defeat death or figure out if it's even possible. I seem to get instakilled whenever it spawns. I'm not sure if this is a known bug or possibly just a feature but I did notice that any of your spells which have begun to fire continue firing if the game pauses from levelling up. It didn't seem to have a major impact on the gameplay but I just thought I'd mention it.

Holy heck is this ever a difficult game. It was super satisfying to finally win though especially after such a close ending. I loved the presentation. It felt a bit like I was playing an arcade cabinet game from the 90s.

I found it pretty difficult to figure out which walls you're allowed to attach your stick to at first but I think I got the hang of it in the end. Perhaps could have used some more clarity there. Besides that there's not a lot I feel I can critque. It's such an adorable looking game. The way the music switches between modern and retro is great with a catchy soundtrack too. Keyboard controls were pretty unwieldy but playing on a controller feels awesome. I can see a lot of talent went into this. I've finished normal mode. The level design of normal mode at no point felt unfairly difficult. I'm intrigued to try hard mode when I have more time. Thank you for a fun experience!

I really vibe with this game's title for some reason. 10/10 title. I do wish there was some way to track your score or time though.
