Novetus Snapshot v23.8469.20669.1 basically refuses to have the global web proxy feature for clients to properly load assets load properly as it spits out the title of this topic in red. Is there a discrepancy that was overlooked or something to do with what's installed in order to make this thing work? I have to resort to using my modified version of the old FixAssets.lua script to remedy this. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Apparently it seems they're trying to implement a new place file format? I'm not too sure on what the benefits or improvements are of this different, but if I had to guess it's maybe a file size improvement? Idk I'm hoping it's mostly to be more economical in file size, a big collection of roblox places can be pretty bloaty.
Oh, I mean the tools are there (with the exception of the tool/gear models being present, but I think assetfix shall take care of that), but the wiring tools/rotate tools don't seem to work, the stamp tool being the only one working however. As for clients, Austiverse's (if that's gage?) 2012/2013 clients work favourably, and without the strange system cursor (my Mac cursor in this case) showing up in full screen mode, unlike in the the out of box clients included with Novetus. Does gage (or Austiverse?) happen to have clients 2007-2011 that work just as well? I'd like to get in contact with him just so I can work with non-mouse-buggy clients. I have to say thank you so much thus far!
Thank you so much! I've used the client(s) you've instructed me on using to test it out, and it works almost as good as it did then, my only question, as for the wiring stuff, should I use the "fixed" stamp tools to substitute the broken ones as the other ones that weren't the stamp in the "fixed" in-box Novetus stamp tools worked? I'd love to hear more! And another thing I've noticed too about the current Novetus clients included, for whatever reason (and this being a Mac to Crossover issue) my mac cursor wouldn't go away and keep showing up no matter what I do with the actual window itself, but with the RBLXLegacy clients this issue had seemingly not shown it's ugly head. Not that I'd want there to be a fix for the Novetus clients given this is a mac/emulator specific issue, but was wondering if there are more RBLXLegacy clients out there that I could use in the meanwhile too!
Quick question too, with a compilation of the archive being in a PostgreSQL format, should I use the programme mentioned to nab out all the files from within? Or what would be the concise and definitive set of instructions on how to make use of the assets in question-- or should I just really be only aiming for the aforementioned stamp tools (duh)? I'd like to see the other sets, and am just an absolute, for lack of better terms; n00b to this stuff, not to mention trying to get this all working on a Macintosh XD
!Update!: I've modified the .lua script so that it taps in to austiverse's own redirection. I'll provide it here.

The sets are simply just missing. I cannot recall if these sets in particular are linked to a now defunct collection of server retrieved models, or they're simply local but not being recalled correctly, but I'd love to see all the neat 2012 stamper tool objects come back to life, especially with the jazz boombox. Can anything be done about this?
Essentially I cannot for the life of me find a way to convert perfectly openable .rblx to a proper and usable rblx file in any of the current and snapshot builds of Novetus and with the LPC... The outputs strangely work well with the moderne, current version of Roblox Studio. Is there any feasible way this can be remedied? I'm trying to basically port games that haven't been supported for ages (games from around 2009-2012, nothing too demanding) so that they can be played on any optimal client of roblox in Novetus.
If anyone can help out, please feel free to lead the way in fixing this!! Thank youuuuu
Essentially the stamper tools, or at least the majority/secondary tools that come along the pack do seem to work (materials, paint, rotate, etc.), are functional, however the main stamper tool doesn't exactly work as intended. Unless it is the copy/paste sub-tool of the stamper tool, I am simply out of luck trying to utilise the actual stock/pre-built "sets" as they call them. Though none of the sets on the stamper tool menu don't show up, the selection indicator defaults to a "diagonal window" selection without any other feasible visual. I've already exhausted the rather useful "fixassetlinks" script numerous times to remedy this issue, but to no avail.
As of late I've simply exhausted the following clients:
2011M
2012M (Beta/Snapshot build 8300)
Any and all help is very much appreciated, and may you all have a great day~! <3 ^w^
Yeah it be me again. Difference is I decided to get a Boot Camp installation after missing the point that Novetus works poorly on Wine or any Windows virtualisation software, and works quite well even if it's sorta constricted to an older 29.1+ FPS standard. What I'd love to know is has there been an effort to transfer any of the links that correspond to the other companion builds of ROBLOX (2012 and up) that aren't withheld in said obscure server? Not that much of a need but it'd be nice to know if anything's happened since.
Thanks,
Mokusei
@yepimzandy Thank you for answering this. About your question thus far, there is really only one gear that I've observed displaying such an anomaly. Using the 2009L (or E, cannot recall but it is one of the 2009 clients), playing Iron Cafe (2009/2010 iteration I believe) the Bloxy Cola doesn't seem to show up let alone make any noise and yet the self-made scripted gear such as the cup (was it supposed to make noise? I have a hunch that it should) work and look as it should. Keep in mind the data like the mesh, texture and sound data do exist as seen in the workplace section to the right, I wasn't sure if it was failing to locate the sound/texture/model data from the 'shareddata' folder that was included with the latest snapshot seemingly containing said data. Is it that the client is ignoring the local data, attempting and failing to retrieve sounds/textures/etc from Roblox?
Thanks again.
Though it has been discussed before that using any sandbox interfaces with both 2010 and 2011 clients would display the whole "your graphics drivers are too old" message, following after the " Failed to create an empty document" dialogue box seen in the thread below:
https://itch.io/t/763137/errors-upon-launching-2011e-and-2010l
While development seems to be on hiatus or simply taking it's time, I was wondering if there has been any progress to phase out this possible bug, and hopefully make the emulation playable again. I must report all other clients pre-2010 work as it should granted not surpassing 30fps, and models such as mesh-based gear won't show up or make their appropriate sounds. (which would be nice if there is any tutorial to achieve such frame rates).
Thank you.
