I never understood why each update on these games took so long until I downloaded RPG Maker MZ and started using it for myself. I gotta say, what Siren does is damn incredible. The only feasible way I can see to make a day/night cycle is to have a separate map for each time of day and set certain triggers to transition between those maps. Let alone all the other events in those maps that could accidentally break something. I thought Siren should charge less for their finished products, now I think they need to charge more for the amount of work they've put in.
Go to the library at night and activate the fire place, after gathering all books, go to the bookshelves that have empty spaces and activate them in random spots, it should say what kind of book goes where, then just kinda work it out as you go based on books titles.
