Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the atmosphere and magical story feel.
I'm still figuring out coding in general so the browser version is generally lower quality than if you were to download the game directly, and the audio can be finicky in browser as well. I'm still not sure if it's the engine I used or just cause I'm definitely not as good of a coder as I am an artist/writer lol :')
But thank you for playing and sticking through anyways! ^^ I appreciate it and I'm glad you were fond of my little story!
heyo!
There's 3 endings. Ending 1: Unknowing, Ending 2: Defective, and Ending 3: Understanding. Ending 2 imo is a little lacking, but I'm actually planning on updating it pretty heavily in the next few weeks if I've got some time! Ending 3 is the best ending imo.
Thanks so much for playing, glad you liked it!
I've seen your work around on instagram and twitter and I've always loved it so much, I was gonna enter the next RPG Maker Horror Jam so I was poking around, and I had no idea you also made games!!!
So far I've gotten 5 endings, but I'm gonna keep playing. Love the colours you use, love the feeling, love the angels, love the vibes. The part where you view the memories was so beautiful, reminded me of times I've spent with my friends in highschool around town before we all moved away. Really sweet and beautiful (and a little heart wrenching for me personally, but in a good way). Can't wait to keep playing ur games!! <3
This was really so cute! I didn't think I'd see GL in this jam and I was really happy finding out while watching it unfold! I watched it during the livestream with my team and I and we all gasped when we saw the gameplay switch to the 3d shape turning thing (i am not a programmer - sorry for the lack of language). It's so cool! And really refreshing to see a VN with other elements!
I love the hand painted textures! Always a treat to see traditional painting in a game, it really supported the mood! I never heard of the rover "Opportunity" until now, and finding out what its last message was also being the name of the game made me feel bad for it even if it's a machine lol. Great little experience!
Art is really cool! Palette as well, caught my eye immediately. I think it would've been nice to see some art during the fight, like vfx for the magic spells or an animation for 'attack' and 'defend', and for the characters you can summon it would be cool to see them when you summon them. Direction is still fun imo!
Fun little game!! It reminds me of an old stick figure page game i used to play as a kid where you were a stick figure student and had to stay out of sight from a teacher to go skip class or something lol. I think maybe the checkered background is a bit hard on the eyes, but the game itself is fun to play!
