  • really cool game! i liked how you added platforming elements to the visual novel, and the characters were very expressive and pleasing to look at. the story was also very relatable
  • I loved the store and the use of the giving theme. Heartwarming and decent writing. I found the gameplay elements difficult to understand how to match gifts.
  • Extremely cute game and an excellent story that captures the theme. The visuals were excellent and I loved flying around the 3d space as a witch. I didn't save enough money to buy the bass, but the shopkeep still let me have it... I wonder what would have happened if I didn't get the bass?

Really nice game, I love the art-style I love the paper-cutout aesthetic, I love the hand-drawn characters!

What else is there to say other than that its a pretty damn good visual novel/Adventure game! I can't wait to see what more you're gonna make  in the future! I look forward to it!

This was really so cute! I didn't think I'd see GL in this jam and I was really happy finding out while watching it unfold! I watched it during the livestream with my team and I and we all gasped when we saw the gameplay switch to the 3d shape turning thing (i am not a programmer - sorry for the lack of language). It's so cool! And really refreshing to see a VN with other elements!

Developer

Thank you, happy you liked it!! We were a little hesitant since we knew this wasn't a vn jam or anything (and that's also part of the reason we incorporated the delivery segments) so I'm glad!

I loved the art and style in this one. It also was a great use of the theme! There were a few bugs I ran into, the browser verison didn't show the person to receive the gift, and when downloaded level 2 just loaded me in what appeared the center of the world and just spun me around a lot. Download one worked otherwise completely fine and was a great little loop to play!

Developer

Thank you, glad you liked it! Yeah the browser bug was unfortunate, and I'm still trying to figure out how to replicate the level 2 bug since I haven't been able to get it myself lol. Thanks for reporting!

These graphics are amazing!

BTW Small world! My game Too Heavy also stars a red-haired befreckled witch named Dorothy… jynx!

Thank you!
And yeah I am also shocked that there seems to be so many witch games this jam, given the theme has nothing to do with it really lol. And then the double coincidence of another Dorothy on top of that???
