But you can have your money back by refunding the game. I honestly think that 3 usd is a really low price for a project that took me 3 years to make, and it still having some few issues here and there. 

The game requires minimum of 4gb RAM. Also, it takes some time during loading screen without do anything. I still be doing a Async loading screen for this purpose. Because the loading still looking like its breaking the game sometimes. 

Also, the payments had to be accepted. You probably will receive an email that you got the game copy. Please check if you are able to download it

Sorry for the late reply, but if you're talking about the paid release, its probably lack of memory or video-card conflict. 
Also, the loading screen seems to freeze during the loading, but its only a bad feature that I'm about to correct it. 
The demo release just have a lot of issues with memory management that was corrected on first release.
- Required ideal system memory: +8gb RAM
- Required ideal videocard: GTX 1070 or better.

About those issues you're facing, I'll have a time to work with. Its really panful that sometimes the units cant fire or find their targets. I know the struggle. I myself tried a couple times to fix that. I'm working on it. The Humvee tires is something that I'll fix right away.  Thanks for the feedback! Really appreciate it!

Well the game may takes a while depending on the system you're playing. Try wait a little more. The music stops, but it's normal. It means the game scene got loaded. It's a problematic loading indeed. Will be updated for sure.

Ah right, I think you came up to MODDB and asked the same question, but here is more clear about what is happening. Well, probably your computer is a low end computer. Not a problem. But my game right now consumes around 4gb memory. IF your computer has more than that you'll be fine. BUT if your CPU is lower than a 2.5ghz with at least 2 cores, you'll have to wait. It normally takes a while to load up some files and I unfortunately don't have a load screen yet.
