Thank you for the great comments.  Yeah you should definitely try Agony, I think it might just be the most beautiful game on any system of the 16 bit era.

Thank you for the kind words.  Quite a lot of people liked the first level but I didn't get much response to the second level.  My daughter did most of the graphics for level one but it's hard to get her motivated to do more these days.  Maybe after I finish my new game Anguish and if my daughter has a change of heart I will return to Silhouette Threat one day.

Wow, thanks so much, glad you liked it!  We are hoping to get a big box release one day, we were thinking maybe for Amiga 40 but that might be a little too ambitious :)

Thank you, it's great that you do these every month!

Thank you for the kind words.  Plans are for level 2 to be sort of pirate inspired, legendary Amiga artist Jim Sachs has given us permission to use one of his beautiful backgrounds he made for an unreleased game.

Thanks for playing it.  Not sure what you mean by placeholders though.  Yes, it's only one level but it is complete, there are 2 original songs, 3 different level sections with changing backgrounds and themes, new enemies in each, 5 powerups, a full 3 stage boss battle etc.

Thanks for the video, always enjoy seeing how different people approach the game.

Thanks for the video, was fun to watch you play!

Great game.  Just finished it with save states, didn't realize it was such a platformer, and I love platformers.  Nice work, look forward to your next Amiga game!

Thank you for doing both videos, you're the best!

Thank you!

No problem.  No ECS version unfortunately because I like to have at least 3 levels of overlapping parallax in all the levels and with Scorpion Engine that is currently only doable with AGA and the 8 64 pixel wide sprites.  Maybe in the future if dual playfield parallax is added to Scorpion then I could try it.

Sorry I forgot to reply to this, thank you for playing and thanks for making the video, you got a new subscriber.

Thank you for the compliment and thanks for playing the game and showcasing it in your video.  I'm hoping to put out a demo of Level 2 in a couple of weeks time.

Thanks so much!  I'm impressed with the skill level, I still have a hard time making the jump onto the moving platform from the disappearing one!

Thank you so much, you're so quick!  It was actually one of my goals in releasing the demo to get on your channel, very honoured as I check your page everyday for new releases.  Thanks for playing.

A WIP playable demo of an action platformer for the Amiga 1200 or Amiga 4000 using Scorpion Engine.  My 12 year old daughter has helped me with a lot of the art and with the gamce concept.  A girl has fallen into a world full of sihouettes and armed only with her umbrella has to take out the enemies and collect the raindrops needed to open the portal back to her land.  In this first demo you have to collect 5 raindrops to defeat the level.  It's a work in progress that is still in early stages but I would love to hear any feedback or ideas about any aspect of the game or the controls so that we can keep working to make it the best possible.
