I don't mind relying on the imagination, and I certainly don't want things to be difficult for you as the developer.  But this new system genuinely seems very cludgy and awkward to me from a game standpoint.  It's decidedly "not fun at all" anymore, and I loved the game as it previously was.

Ok, so I just updated my version of the game from 1.5d (I think) and I've found the interaction system to be completely changed.  To be honest, I find this such a difficult to use, annoying, and quite frankly unnecessary change that I'm not likely to continue playing or supporting.

But before I take that drastic action, I do want to ask what the logic behind the change was.  Was is gained, gameplay-wise or whatever, by having interactions happen in such a manner as opposed to how it was done previously (through the "Talk" function)?

Ok, I get that levels allow you to increase your stats for your slaves.  However, once your slave levels are maxed out, is there any advantage at all to continuing to level them up?

For example, I have a number of slaves in the 40+ level range.  Am I just wasting items by continuing to give them to those slaves or am I still somehow creating an advantage for myself by doing so?

I feel rather stupid asking this question, because I suspect the answer is right in front of my nose.  However, I can't seem to find it in the game or anywhere online.

My question is this...if I want to use a potion I have brewed on a slave, how do I do that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not a dragonkin - she does have a grade of "person" though!

So I sold her, but I still don't get the "how things went" dialogue at the end of the turn.

Game version: 0.5.5e

OS: Windows 10

Went on a hunting trip with two slaves who needed to win a fight to upgrade.  Won the fight, captured one slave, put in jail.    Now when I end the day, I don't get the "how things went" dialogue.  I also cannot see my new slave in order to assign stuff to them, like the maid outfit.  Doesn't matter if she's in jail or communal, still can't see her.

Haven't tried to replicate.

Oh, thanks - so are you saying that if I didn't have those upgrades, it wouldn't matter if I had the cash for the upgrades I still couldn't do them?   In other words, I need the upgrade points AND the cash?

Next question - I have a slave who still has attribute points to assign, but is out of slots for them (extra attribute points).  Will she have the chance in the future to use them or is she now at her max potential?

Next question (ok, so I apparently lied about it being my last one...I tried!).

I now have 7 points worth of "free mansion upgrades" from selling slaves.  However, when I go into the mansion upgrades section, I apparently can't use them (for those upgrades that are less than 7).

Am I misunderstanding what they're for?

First of all, your "long post" was great - it was exactly what I needed.

I thought about the sexy underwear and bought it at the market, but I don't see any way to give it to her.  It's not one of the checkboxes under "luxury rules" when I look at her character.  So how do I give them to her?

Thank you for your help.

I apologize for all of the questions, but I THINK (hope?) I'm down to my last two of such a ridiculously basic nature:

I have a character that has moved from "poor" to whatever the next level above that is (I can't find an actual list of the levels ANYWHERE...is that documented anywhere?).

And because of that, she needs more amenities.  But I don't know what it is that she needs (so is that documented anywhere also?

Ok - thank you for your help!

Are you referring to "Investigate their potential" then?  So for example, if it says that to unlock their potential, I need to "let them win a fight" or "unlock their intimacy", that's what I have to do to level them?

Or am I misunderstanding?

I must be incredibly oblivious because nobody else seems to have had a problem with this (because I don't find it in any of the tips/hints posts), but I can't for the life of me figure out how specifically to "level up" a slave.  What is it that I need to do OR does it happen automatically once certain conditions are met?
