I believe the witch in the swamp gives you the recipe, although the way she tells it to you is rather cryptic. The recipe is: Green Pulp, Mushroom, Nothing, Mushroom, Green Pulp.

Once you've dealt with Scar at the bandit camp, Jester should visit you at your house; which should unlock a new area. From there you should be able to follow a new quest that will take you to Northcrest.

The recipe for the Restrain Potion is Red Berry, Nut, Nothing, Nut, Red Berry.

Strong Restrain Potion is Red Pulp, Nut, Earth Moss, Nut, Red Pulp (not sure which one you need).

Either way, once you make a potion, it should unlock the recipe for it if you don't already have it. It will also make a quick shortcut for it once you've successfully made the potion 4 times.

As far as I'm aware, there are currently no ways to reduce hearts. That said, I don't think there's any negative consequences to romancing several characters.

You need to get the 2nd heart with him. To get it, you need to talk with Rose about Arion, and she'll suggest you give him a flower (she sells you one). After you give him the flower, come back in a day or two and Arion will give you another flower in return. Respond positively, and it'll unlock the 2nd heart.

Emerald Sea Wave is the thing you need. If I recall, the recipe is:

1) Seaweed

2) Glossy Algae

3) Seashell

4) Glossy Algae

5) Seaweed

You can find all these by exploring in the Fishing Village

If memory serves, you need to do the quest for Ste where you have to bring him 10 tools. You might also need to do the quest where you take Ste and the kids to Bareshade, but I'm not certiain.
