Quick question. I rewrote a 3d engine in my last game jam. Its still uses the command prompt to render everything. Does this still count as retro?

mine is more or less a engine demo

Wow, this is a fully completed game. It gives me nostalgia for the Wario Games for my old DSI. The article gets the job done and is nice to look at (as its aesthetically pleasing and I can tell the difference between objects and background). The minigames weren’t hard, which would have made the game perfect.

Pretty good. The graphics are amazing and the controls are pretty good. This is a sandbox so I can’t complain about the lack of an end goal. However, the only complaint I do have is that there is no sound or ambiance.

I got too caught up on optimizing and working on the engine. Thanks for the feedback through.

Howdy! Please help me with music (my music mixing goes to the extend of beepbox). Lrios4403#4692. I cant promis my game would be good though.
