Hmm va a ser algo que tengo que aprender de un modo y otro. Hacerme entender xd 
Bueno La tecla O. Es como una de acción. si estas en el modo de pararte de cabeza.  Sirve para  llevar el ritmo. Y se debe presonar al mismo tiempo en que se muestra arriba. Y eso es importante en las zonas donde aparece cierta flor. (Sí sabía que hubiese sido mejor mencionarla.).
Y esta misma tecla también sirve para lanzarse al momento de estar corriendo.  Y es útil solo en 2 ocasiones. Para romper un obstáculo y con un enemigo al final.

yeah that was my fault 

Its simple. You break the shoot by presing left and right at the same time. 

And going left would cause you to get stuck. 

This two things cause you to unlock "The glitch"

damn it. As i suppose ... its not so intuitive. you break the fire shoot by presing left and right at the same time. And you just need to go left ... and see what happends.
