Thanks a lot for playing. Yeah it’s a bug on Level 2. I couldn’t upload my final build. Glad you enjoyed it and yeah in future I’ll add more enemy types so that players can create elaborate strategies.

Thanks for playing. Yeah I couldn’t upload my final build and it doesn’t progress after Level 2. Also, some new enemy types aren’t spawning. Will update when build when the submission closes. Yeah that boundary killing impact crossed my mind too, didn’t have time to implement it. Will do in the new build. Glad you enjoyed :)
Enjoy yourself in an ever increasing challenge of defending your base and expanding your empire. Defeat waves of enemy, manage your resources and build your empire.
I have written a detailed Devlog aimed towards fellow developers too. You can read all about it and find cool insights and learnings here : Devlog : Farreign

Defy was made in 5 days for submission to AI and Games Game Jam with the theme “Breaking The Rules”… It has received various praises from the folks who played… Would love if the community plays and rates it…

This was a very challenging approach and I was so happy to see RL trained AI agents in the game… The moment you mentioned RL I knew it was gonna be tricky… Great job on achieving this much consistency in such a short amount of time… Would love to chat more about it… I infact used all these RL stuff PPO, D4PG etc during my MTech thesis…. +100 for the effort and idea… Great job man… :)
Since you liked this one, I’ll go ahead and recommend mine too… It has a similar concept to this… Would love if you’ll check it out… :) https://itch.io/jam/aiandgames-2021/rate/1069648

Hey…. I played your game…. Seems really like we had similar ideas altogether… Very nice work and pretty cool levels… Absolutely loved it… One thing, I personally love challenging puzzles so maybe a little bit of challenge would have been fun… But nonetheless, this really was a jack in the box… Keep it up… :)
The combat was way challenging… I guess a little more cooldown would have been good… Otherwise all I had to do was wait for the boss at the end and let if fall… Maybe chain parry and attack, like if you could parry then it stuns the boss for some time giving you an attack chance…. Overall gameplay was fun, with nice art and music… Good work.. Would love if you play and rate mine too… :)

Thanks so much for playing…. I would be lying if I said I didn’t take inspiration from baba is you… But didn’t want to copy it exactly, so added the platforming aspect and focused on breaking the rules thing and designed my puzzles around it… I felt that way it would be more my own design…
I’ll definitely think of more puzzles and add to it in the future… Thanks a lot :)
Hey man… Thanks for that attack happens only while sprinting advice… I was able to enjoy it so much after that… Had a blast playing it.. Sometimes could see the AI dodging when I was atacking… And those air combats… OMG… Seriously those air clashes I loved it… Also got that One Punch Man achievement and Air something too… Though if we could avoid each other for a long time seemed like it started lagging a little.. If you used RL then I guess the history was getting too long(just a guess)… Also, I am an invert vertical player, would have loved if that input was there… But nonetheless had a blast playing it… Really awesome job…
