Use version 1.00.01, that issue was fixed.

Anyway, answered there:
You need to finish chapter 1 and let it create the metadata.
Then open Chapter 2, Start a new Game and it'll check if saved data from Chapter 1 is available.
That seems to be a windows related issue.
Sometimes newer versions of Ren'py don't work well with older versions of windows, especially windows 8.

That issue was fixed in 0.09.02, which is going to go public on february 5th, so if you could wait until then.

That line is fixed in the Hotfix.
You probably installed the patch in the wrong place or Android is just being a bitch about it.

Just tested and downloaded it on my end.
No decryption errors whatsoever.
It's probably something on your end or on Mega's side when you dowloaded it, maybe the file got corrupted midway through the download.
