Just added a volume toggle, thanks for the feedback.

That should be a quick fix, I'll add it in the next few days when I get a chance. Thanks for playing.

I just made a slight bug fix, now you can restart with 'r' or by hitting the button in the top left corner. If you cannot see the button, you are not playing in the resolution that I designed this game for.

There is a reload button in the top left corner, were you not able to find it on your screen?

I designed all levels to have restarts. Was there a problem restarting levels??

Oh, this game is not compatible on mobile, so try loading it with a computer instead.

Why can't you play the game? Is there a loading issue or anything?

The main goal is to make money by buying and selling gold. You can either buy real or fake gold directly or without risk on the right-hand side, or buy mystery gold on the left-hand side, which is equally likely to be real gold or fake gold with different sell values. As time goes on you can upgrade your gold detector to give yourself a better chance of getting real gold when you buy mystery gold.

Thank you, I'll be sure to play your game during the rating period.

Huh. Becoming a zombie makes you faster, but it does not help you jump higher. The jump at the beginning(Second latter) could be made without jumping into the poisonous liquid. To make this jump, you need to jump again while you are touching the side of the platform in the air . Thank you for your feedback.

What do you mean the art is fuzzy? Does that have anything to do with the ladder?

How is it soft lockable? Is there a glitch you are encountering? or just not enough gameplay?

I've gotten a few comments about the second ladder. I thought I specified when I made the game but I didn't. In order to make this jump you have to hit the jump button again while you are touching the platform you are trying to jump onto, a sort of wall-jump. I probably should've made that clear. Sorry, and I hope that helps

I like this game and think I had a pretty similar concept in my game, where you come back as a zombie instead of a ghost. Well done.

Very interesting idea and a unique point of view for a game. Well done.

Very interesting concept and creative. Good Job

Since the theme was interdimensional, the first thought that came to mind was space, and subsequently came to the idea of a store/shop on another planet. I think I just ended up interpreting it in a basic way.

Thanks for your feedback. Looking back, I agree that I probably should've added more active elements.

I experimented and tried to make the sell button more useful, but it is either have a useless sell button, or a profitable and very exploitable sell button. The player could sell the businesses for quick money, but if the sell prices were higher there would be problems with instantly selling businesses.

Thanks for your feedback. I agree that it was an aggressive choice but in my testing it was the best option to round the numbers. I have been getting comments about it so I think I'll make an update after the rating period of the jam has concluded.

I made all the foods weird colors to really show the space theme. Thanks for the comment.

I had experimented with all sorts of different placements for the price and I decided to round and truncate them. Through my testing, I found it as the best placement and rounding for the price.

This is on purpose, if I showed the full prices inside of those buttons I would not have nearly enough space, so I had to truncate and round the prices.

(1 edit)

I didn't have that problem during any of my testing, as it simply follows your cursor. Are you playing the game in fullscreen? If you aren't, that should fix your problem. Thanks for playing!

Are you sure you're playing the game in full screen? If you are not playing in full screen it could appear that you leave the screen, but playing in full screen would fix this issue. Thank you for your feedback.

Level 9 was probably the most difficult level I designed. The jump requires near-perfect timing and even if the player does make the jump, they still need to stay on the platform to get the other coin. Great job making it to level 9 though.
