Wowza…Well crafted commercial grade game here! Although I have seen a similar concept game in the submission entry which is to orbit the planet with a moon, but this game is to shoot right inside the blackhole with a bit of orbiting, therefore better interpretation of the theme “Moonshot”. It’s sympathetically designed for beginners in the first few levels as well!! Recommended to play!

Very good arcade! Instead of moonshot, I think “Moonpunch” is more suitable as a name haha since I feel like I’m punching those monsters!! Superb!

Thanks for the feedback! we are quite new to game development and originally from web dev, my partner is from robotics ..but it’s hell of a fun doing game dev last month. Sure, if we were to do improvement in the future, will definitely add this in.

Game Story

The challenge’s theme is called Moonshot! So we figured “let’s do a running game on the moon”.

During the trail, there are obstacles to avoid like rocks and floating moondusts. The best score will be saved when the buggy’s health bar has dropped to zero. The score will be saved.

Based on your OS, unzip one of them.

Open Krescent.exe on Windows and Krescent.app on Mac.
