What kind of project would get you interested and excited? I wasn't looking for music just now, but it would be cool to get someone on board. I'd love to pay you, too, if we could work out an arrangement for that wouldn't blow my pocketbook out of the water.

Hi guys!
I've been programming passion games in 2d and 3d engines for a long time now (10+ years) as a hobby. Never really went anywhere serious with it since I'm a TERRIBLE artist.
I'm currently working on a passion project in GODOT (switch from Unity after their debacle last year). "Boots On The Ground" is a FPS focused on big battles where you fight as a squad leader commanding your squad (Star Wars: Republic Commando style), defending your home world from a planetary invasion. I'm trying to base the feel on the news reports and situations happening right now in Ukraine. Right now I'm working on the basic code for character control and related systems, with placeholder graphics.
If anyone is interested in helping out with the artwork for this, I'd love to hear from you. I'll be happy to trade coding for your own dream project (2D or 3D), give all credit, write reviews for you, give references etc. I don't have much for a budget, but if you're willing to discuss rates with a broke dude making games, I'll do that too. I'm open to offers/suggestions. I know I'm a trope, but... you never know until you try!
