As her the Dawn battle, yeah Delcatty has an ability called Neko Neko rush that makes her hard to hit. This ability will not be in the new version of that game and the difficulty of the game itself will be lowered a bit to make things a bit fairer!

So the Sugar Mommy in the Pokemon Centers are mods and they will turn on challenge mode. Mods aren't really regulated by me but people in the discord really wanted them in without having to mod the game itself. So I think it's intentional by the mod author. There are 5 Pokemon that are breedable at the moment. I'm not sure how many I'll do, they're going to have a lot of scenes so I can't do too many. They are selected by free polls on discord.
