Did the mac version of this game get taken down? I was playing this game and wanted to get back into it but I see now that it's become a windows only game and I'd really like to finish it but I don't have the hardware for a windows download :(

This game was stunning and beautiful and sad. I'm so happy I found it but I never want to play or read anything like it again. Playtime took me 37 minutes but the feelings that this game evoked will be with me for a while. At least until I fall asleep, but perhaps even days after. I can feel my eyes tearing up. I wish I hadn't gone into this blind.

20 minutes for one play through, though I think there may be different endings? Not sure tho! Short and sweet but I think it would only be enjoyable to people who already like/know how to do nonogram puzzles!

For me the house didn't appear at all and I just started falling, don't stress too much about it though, I was able to start a new round and played a bit more without encountering this problem again. Thank you for your devotion to this game and I hope everything will turn out alright, stay safe and have a good rest of your week! :)

Recently life has been very stressful, so to discover a gem like this couldn't have been timed better! I discovered this game in the Racial Equality bundle and after starting it I just couldn't stop, cute and welcoming with relatable characters, a plethora of sidequests, a comfy and warm ambiance, and a healthy dose of sass to keep you engaged. This could very much become a comfort game for me quite easily, A Short Hike feels like if Night In The Woods and Animal Crossing came together at the best possible crossroads. Last night I went over to hangout at my friend's house and convinced him to play A Short Hike on my computer, he was just as quickly and as easily hooked as I was (if not more so!). It was very interesting to see how different our playstyles were (and by that I mean he actually followed the story while I just wandered until I encountered something and learned the controls without the tutorial characters...whoops...haha...) needless to say this game is a worthy buy, especially at such a low price, once I get my job back or get a new job I'll have to come back and throw some more money at you, lol. My only irritation was that occasionally when climbing something tall the POV would suddenly change and Claire would be forced off whatever she was climbing and into a glide, but I could usually find a workaround using another landable outcropping. Other than that I adored this, I was a little thrown off by the pixel style in the beginning, but it grew on me! I especially liked Claire's pose for her picture at the top of the peak! Thank you for making this game, I will definitely be recommending it to others!

I was having a lot of fun playing this game and I got up to 8 pups when I encountered this glitch,  my viewpoint kept falling down and I couldn't move, as the doors started rapidly moving past me, gaining speed as the time ticked by, the "arf arf" sound became more and more distorted, I had found my last pup fairly quickly so I had 84 seconds to watch reality zoom past me in real time as the clock counted down, mocking my inability to find another good pup to pet. I will try to play the game again later but figured I should let someone know about this glitch. ^^

edit: I am playing on a MacBook Air if that helps
