My payout has been "in review" since 41 days ago. I wrote an email to support about a month, and I got no reply.

My request number to support # 1 is 256543, made on Saturday 08/02/2025 (No reply until this day)
My request number to support # 2 is 257305, made on Wednesday 12/02/2025 (No reply until this day)

As the community rules mention, I wrote to support from my email account that is tied to my Itch account.

I want to know what I have to do next since I wrote to the support team via email and no one replied.

Hello people! Several IoM players have asked me why the game is not available in Itch, and it is on other platforms like Steam, Patreon, etc. And the truth is that I have not had time to attend all platforms, as you know I'm a single person and it's hard for me to keep everything up to date, and the priority is always the game and create new episodes. 😍
