I truly wasn't expecting the controls and animations to be so smooth! The combat was a touch too challenging for me (I got absolutely clobbered by the first rat boss), but all in all, this is a splendid little game.
Certainly a unique control scheme for auto-aiming projectiles, although the camera movement became erratic during later bosses. The intertitles with the frowny-faced barman made me laugh!
Charming visual design--the attacks and particle effects were particularly nice, as well as being clearly readable. The crafting submenu slowed down combat a bit, and switching between collecting/crafting/equipping items could have been more efficient. The music fits the tone of the game well, but the volume is mixed pretty low.
