What a cute little game. :3

I think your additions give more of a spooky/horror vibe to the game compared to the original audio where i was going for more a otherworldly vibe than explicitly horror. lol

Smooches for everyone!

This was a fun playthrough to watch. :D

In the latest version there is a folder on the game desktop called 'Chat Generator'

Glad to hear you like it!
Unfortunately yes, itch.io's "Name your own price" feature would still be considered Commercial Use.

The font is 'Snake Chan' by Darrell Flood.
As soon as I saw it I knew it would be perfect for this sort of project.

Also really glad to hear you enjoyed the game. <3

The growing tentacles add and extra dimension to it that I wasn't expecting. Short but fun.

Such a cute ending. <3

I just happened to be on the site already when i got the notification. Lol

Yeah, I know, but I reckon more people will recognise the name 'Medusa' over the species Gorgon, kinda like if you say Frankenstein and you really mean Frankenstein's Monster people will understand that even though its 'technically' wrong.

Plus I have to get that alliteration in somehow. lol

Probably not worth downloading a new version just for this, but the issue is fixed as of v1.01. lol

Made the mistake of turning up the volume because I couldn't hear the bgm at all, but when it went full blast I had no way to fix it because the settings menu was gone. :(

Yeah I think that's a small bug where its not setting that ending as seen. :(

I really like watching people play through my games so thanks for the Video!
Glad you enjoyed solving the mystery. :D

Thanks ^.^

Glad you liked it!

Yeah getting it under 1000 words was probably the hardest part of the jam. lol
Really glad to hear you enjoyed it!

Thanksss! :3

Yeah, when I saw someone else had made a Medusa game, it jumped right to the top of my 'must play' list. lol
Really glad you liked it. :)

Haha, ill be sure to include a Dark Mode if i make another game like this. lol

No, that is the end. Its pretty short, but i'm glad you liked it. :)

Watched a stream of someone playing one route of this and I enjoyed it so much that I just had to download it and play the other route myself.
I also now know more about rats and sharks than I did before, as an added bonus.

Once i get the final version finished up i'll be sure to include a Mac version.
