Just published the first add-ons. Thank you for your feedback and comments!

That's what the one-page add-on modules are for. 🤓

First ones are coming out in a week or so (procedural planet generation, and crafting).

Thank you for your comments and critics 🙏

Thanks, I'm working on a few additional one page modules for the game, the first should be out in a week or so.

Personally I like to balance the odds as a "flavour" for the system, so in a harsh game like Mork Borg it's thematic if "normal" difficulty means 45%  probability of passing the test (without modifiers); maybe you could expose a bit of stats calculations so that one could decide what "normal" difficulty means in the context of their game?

I will come up with something using your system and let you know, just for fun. Probably I will hack it a bit. Thanks for creating it!

Hi Hugh, nice and compact system you have there, good job!

Just adding my 2c in order to give positive criticism: the only thing I found in disagreement with is the test difficulty.

Rolling a random difficulty doesn't seem right: I'd rather prefer a "normal difficulty" reference number so I can decide for each test the reference score according to the situation.

If the difficulty is rolled randomly  everything would feel too random, I feel.

Other than that, I really dig the system!

Hello!

  1. Name is Max (Massimiliano)
  2.  Right now my favorite kind of TTRPGS are rules-lite systems.. In general I'm leaning towards compact, easy-to-learn stuff that leaves room for people agency and interpretation.
  3. Absolutely! Never entered the competition before. I'm more of an offline guy so the whole itch.io thing is rather new to me. Lots of interesting stuff happening in this competition btw!
  4. I'm learning. Hopefully this contest will help me improve my design skills.
