Child abuse is very subtly hinted at a few times.

Frankly, despite the disclaimer that the game isn't over until the credits roll, I think that staying with Monica is a valid ending. Not for me, personally, as I believe that she's a superior character after her realisation and redemption, but for others it could be.

I still have it. It's a lot of technical stuff, with only one thing of note:

[...]

RestartTopContext: Oh jeez...I didn't break anything, did I? Hold on a sec, I can probably fix this...I think...
Actually, you know what? This would probably be a lot easier if I just deleted her. She's the one who's making this so difficult. Ahaha! Well, here's goes nothing.

Plus. It's not a joke. It's quite serious. And it's very much relevant to the story. Read the crash log text file.

It's your loss. You've no idea what you're missing.

Act 2 yes, but you only need to pick her words in the first day (2nd and 3rd poems are forced to be for Yuri), and even so, you have a 50% chance, IIRC.

Huh? You deleted the game?

I was stuck there myself. Start a new game, which you can do either by hitting the error text or by trying to load an old game.

You should be able to get to the credits even if you don't do all CGs, I think... You just don't get the happiest ending. Monika interrupts Sayori and crashes the game... Or did that not give you the credits?

Wait, Act 1 is the one with Sayori, and Act 2 is the one without her. Act 3 is Monika's room... there's no poem there, I think. Except that one with broken words.

Also, Act 2 forces you down the Yuri route after day 1.

I love that wiki. It's actually made me appreciate the game more by showing me stuff I didn't know even after finishing the game.

I've seen my share of tsunderes. For a long while I hated them, but then I realised that only the overly violent ones are really annoying, with their violence bordering on abuse... but the mild ones are actually nice...

I'm not sure how you didn't notice the over sensitivity... I mean, she overreacts to a lot of things... she's obviously not very confident. I normally don't mind that... since I have to deal with it often enough, but I guess it's easier once you're invested in the person... Or, who knows, maybe it's something else... I can't put my finger on it, sweet as she is, I think I like Yuri least... (not to say I didn't like her, I still did, just not the most).

Yes, Natsuki is sensitive too, but I just consider that part of her tsundere trait, as opposed to Yuri's stand alone sensitivity.

I wish I could meet Natsuki's papa to give him a piece of my mind... and fist.

I wish we'd have a normal version of this, where we could actually go through with the character stories... it's funny how attached I got to the characters in such a short time, especially since I normally don't like VNs.

Yes, there are a few guides around the net for which word works for which girl. I think one of them was on the wikia.

Yeah, it's possible to get secrets poems just for you. I think you need to focus on that girl tho. Sayori doesn't give you one because she leaves early. I don't remember if I got one from Yuri... but I definitely got one from Natsuki.

Yes, depending on how you score, you might get either a 'meh' or a negative reaction. It doesn't affect the game much though. You still need to go through all 3 routes to get all the CGs... I think.

I mean... The Sayori hug CG you get whatever you do. (Well, not really, but you can get it any route). And you need to play twice to get the CG from your place... But the other 2 per character need to be done by writing poems for the respective girls... so yeah, still need to do the poems 3 times.

EDIT: I think it's possible to flavor one girl without making the others pissed at you. Just pick 2-3 words for the girls you don't chose and the rest for the one you do... should work.

Yuri: Something uncanny about her... not sure what... Can't say I was a huge fan of how sensitive she was and how she overreacted to things... Overall, I'd say she's a good girl... pity she changes the way she does in the 2nd act...

Natsuki: She's not the worst type of tsundere, but not the best either. I get her, but she could get annoying... Overall I tended to take Yuri's side when they fought, but not by much. She's a good girl and stays a good girl throughout, perhaps even improving a bit.

Sayori: I gravitated towards her from the start. Even before finding out about her secret, more so after that. I mean, she's got the most reasons to like Protag-kun so I kind of wanted to help her get with him. Yuri and Natsuki really didn't have too many reasons... Yuri in particular seems to have the least. Monika... well, it's complicated, as y'all know. So, I'd say Sayori is the best girls from act 1, IMHO.

Monika... no sense talking about her in act 1...

I suppose that the best ending would be Protag-kun with Sayori in the machine and Moinka uploaded into an Androdid (Gynoid?)... Poor Monika...

Yep, no idea how I missed it the first time. Jillian Ashcraft. Bravo. Great performance. I almost cried.

Who is her voice actress? She kind of caught me off guard with the way she worded everything. The whole "I've been like practising [...] and stuff" uses somewhat american expressions, but I got used to her voice before the song started... and now I can't deal with the feels caused by that song. But I digress. Has her voice actress been credited in the credits? I have to watch them again.

I have to admit that I'd love to interact more with the characters, in perhaps a non-meta version of the game, where the President isn't self-aware... In the end, it just feels like we didn't get enough of the girls, especially Sayori. Though I suppose it's better to have the game be focused than to risk ending up with something that's all over the place.

But wow, in the end, it wasn't since Undertale that a game impressed me like this. That song at the end... makes me just as melancholic as the ones from Undertale...

I haven't felt this way since I played Undertale. It's a really deep game, DDLC.

I don't think the order matters, just that you get all CGs.
