Cute concept, I liked the idea of watering mushrooms for platforms ! Character designs are nice, although pixel art is a bit inconsistent, but the rest of the enviroment looks pretty good. Main petpeeve was music, which was incredibly glitching out with some delay. I liked it overall !

Played WebGL version, It was mostly at the beginning of the location and the end, couple of seconds. By bugs i meant for example shooting sometimes doesnt work in both directions, just behind the player's square or enemies standing in one place, with fastened animation.
I'll check later if i found more bugs

It's not harsh at all ! We're looking for all feedback possible.
Yeah, combat aspect was one of the hardest to implement and we were "fighting" with it til the end. We're going to improve it in the future, by fixing bugs and adding new aspects of it !
Level design was one of our main focus, we're happy to hear it wasn't too annoying :)
Thanks for the review !
One of the more unique games at this gamejam! ,At first i was bit confused about seed mechanic but after some time, it started to feel pretty good ! I like simplistic artstyle, complements quirkyness of the gameplay and story quite alot. Only flaw (at least for me) was the speed of the main character. Maybe a bit too sluggish ? Overall, neat game.
Visually, pretty great ! Everything fits perfectly, as a cutesy metroidvania. Music especially, which complements the vibes perfectly. Only problem i had was spike placement and spawning too far after falling down into one and double jump which also felt kinda wonky ? Nonetheless, its pretty neat game.
Cool concept ! Vibe of the game is neat, artstyle is very cute. For a gamejam project, this is great ! Fighting is good, but it would require some polish after gamejam, especially kicking, and enemy distancing, because i was sometimes too close to glitch through their face :D Overall, pretty great, I'll be looking for updates !
We would also love to get some feedback
