hey i was just like you and still am tbh but the easiest way i found to do it is if you go to the shading tab at the top. select the face panel. then were it says like IOR and alpha, slide alpha all the way down to 0. when you render it should look correct. then for the armband being red, i changed one of the color things to vector and it worked. if it doesn’t work for you then just mess around with the settings in shading. Hope this helps!

hey there! im also new to blender but by just messing around i found out, you have to click on the face rig, then go up to the drop down in the top left corner where it says "Object Mode", click it, and make it "Pose Mode". Then use the move tool to move around the cubes on the mouth! Hope this helped!!
