Hi I'm Meezlo! I am a first timer trying to make good use of my free time.
2. Did you participate in the last jam we held? If so, what do you plan on doing better this time? If not, what's your reason for joining?
I didn't, but recently I've tried to get into coding because it has always been an interest of mine, and now because of the field of work I want to go into, I figure learning new skills like this is beneficial.
3. What games are your favorites? Did any of them inspire you, or made you want to make your own?
I've always loved creepy indie games (Fran Bow, Sally Face, Alice is not Dead etc.) , but I also appreciate pixel games (Undertale, Please Don't Touch Anything etc.) and games that are more story/text based (West of Loathing).
4. Do you have experience with game development? What did you do/with what engine?
I don't have any real experience but I've been playing around with Game Maker for a little while and am really psyched to try more!
5. Tell us about something you're passionate about!
I love art and animation. For the profession I'm going into, it seems like games are a large part of the industry. I draw almost all the time and make stories just as often.
6. What are your goals for this game jam?
To create a game that I am proud of and that is visually interesting.
